This Rodian Jedi Knight was stationed at Bilbringi with Dathomiri Jedi Tenel Ka, searching for masqued Yuuzhan Vong scouts just prior to the Battle of Duro. He was a part of the strike team that went to Myrkr to destroy the voxyn queen, a deadly beast created by Vong Shapers and based on the Force- hunting vornskrs from which all other voxyn are cloned. Jovan's skill with a longblaster came in very handy in the infiltration of the Myrkr worldship. Though Jovan fought bravely, he was killed in action along with several other Jedi.
