Sannah is a young Melodie child from Yavin VIII. When Anakin Solo and Tahiri Veila visited the moon while accompanying their friend Lyric, also a Melodie, to her changing ceremony they met Sannah. Anakin felt her Force-potential, and before leaving the satellite, they persuaded Sannah to come back the Academy in order to develop her skills. Sannah agreed, wanting to use the Force to protect her people from the many dangers of their home. She learned much while studying at the Academy. When the Peace Brigade and Yuuzhan Vong attacked Yavin IV, Sannah, Tahiri, and Valin Horn stayed behind at the Great Temple to "help" Anakin repel the attackers. They spoiled Anakin's plans of escape, however, and in the ensuing flight Master Ikrit died and Tahiri was captured. The group crashed in the forest, and while Anakin went on a resue mission for Tahiri, Sannah and Valin repaired the shuttle, with the help of a captured Brigade pilot and former Imperial TIE pilot-turned-hermit Qorl. Just when Anakin thought his luck was up, the kids showed up in the shuttle and they all got safely to the Star Destroyer Errant Venture. Sannah is a wonderful Jedi student, though I do not look forward to the day she has to return to Yavin VIII for her own changing ceremony.
